Secret Rare
IndustryA high rarity tier in many TCGs. In One Piece TCG, Secret Rare cards carry the SEC rarity code, and a booster set has very few of them: OP-17 has 2 SEC cards among its 119 base cards.
For new players
Secret Rares are usually the chase cards of a set.
