Disney Lorcana
Lorcana Wilds Unknown Iconic cards are the rarest pulls in the entire Disney Lorcana card game. Only two exist in Set 12, and pulling one from a booster pack puts you in a very small group of collectors worldwide.
TL;DR: Iconic is a brand-new rarity above Enchanted, introduced in Wilds Unknown (Set 12, May 2026). Two Iconic cards exist: Merida - Formidable Archer (Steel, 5 ink) and Buzz Lightyear - Jungle Ranger (Emerald, 7 ink). Pull rate is estimated at 1 in 1,500 to 2,000 packs. As of late June 2026, raw prices are $1,500-$1,700 for Merida and $3,000-$3,500 for Buzz; PSA 10 asking prices for Merida have exceeded $13,000 and Buzz has reached $16,000 at auction. Update (2026-08-03): these price figures are now over five weeks old and were not re-verified this pass -- check TCGPlayer directly for current listings before buying or selling, especially given the values involved.
Iconic is the highest rarity tier ever printed in Disney Lorcana, introduced specifically for Wilds Unknown. The two Iconic cards, Merida - Formidable Archer and Buzz Lightyear - Jungle Ranger, sit above Enchanted on the rarity ladder. They share the Lore Nouveau art style used on Enchanted cards in this set, but add physical treatment you can actually feel: raised texture across the card surface, 3D hot-stamped foil accents, and a holographic questing star pattern that shifts when you tilt the card under light.
Both are numbered beyond the base set total, appearing as 241/204 and 242/204. That out-of-sequence numbering isn't accidental. These cards don't occupy any regular slot in the print sheet.
Enchanted cards have been Lorcana's rarest tier since Set 1. Wilds Unknown changes that. Iconic sits above Enchanted on rarity, physical treatment, and secondary market value.
The most obvious difference is tactile. Enchanted cards in Wilds Unknown use the Lore Nouveau art style, replacing the previous foil treatment with lush, illustration-heavy full-art designs inspired by Art Nouveau. Iconic cards use the same art style and go further with the physical production.
Hold an Iconic card and you can feel the raised texture across the surface. The foiling is a 3D hot-stamp process. Tilt it under light and the questing star pattern refracts across the artwork. The lime green text on Buzz Lightyear Jungle Ranger runs along darker green outlines; Merida uses silver-grey text that sits more quietly against the vine-heavy background. Ravensburger worked directly with Pixar's product design team on the Buzz card, which explains some of the jungle-adventure specificity in how it's rendered.
In terms of rarity, Enchanted cards appeared roughly once every two booster boxes in community box-opening data. Iconic cards didn't appear at all in a published 192-pack sample, which tracks with the 1-in-1,500-to-2,000-pack estimate.

Merida - Formidable Archer is card 242/204 in Wilds Unknown. She is a Steel ink character costing 5 ink, with 3 Strength, 5 Willpower, and 2 Lore. Her classification is Storyborn, Hero, and Princess.
She has two abilities. Full Quiver lets you return an action card named Three Arrows from your discard to your hand when you play her. Steady Aim deals 2 damage to any opposing character whenever one of your actions deals damage to that character.
The Steady Aim plus action damage loop is genuinely competitive. Steel decks running action-based damage tools can trigger her ability multiple times in a turn, pressuring mid-sized characters while Merida quests safely behind 5 Willpower. The Legendary version at 191/204 is the version players run at events, since protecting a card now trading above $1,500 from shuffle damage is the practical choice. The Iconic version is identical in gameplay function.
On the secondary market, Merida Formidable Archer Iconic is listed in the $1,500-$1,700 range on TCGPlayer as of late June 2026. Asking prices for PSA 10 graded copies have exceeded $13,000; a confirmed sale figure was not available at time of writing, per Collectr's market tracking data.
The vine-heavy art on her Iconic treatment uses the darker green palette that runs through much of the Wilds Unknown illustration work. Her silver-grey card text reads cleanly against the background.
Buzz Lightyear - Jungle Ranger is card 241/204 in Wilds Unknown. He is an Emerald ink character costing 7 ink, with 7 Strength, 5 Willpower, and 2 Lore. His classification is Floodborn, Captain, Hero, and Toy.
His kit has three moving parts that work together. Shift 5 lets you pay 5 ink to play him on top of any Buzz Lightyear already in play, so a 7/5 with 2 Lore becomes reachable at a discount if you've set up the board. Take Charge returns an action card costing 7 or less from your discard when you play him. Advanced Training gives a chosen character plus-1 Lore every time you play an action.
Advanced Training plus Take Charge is an action recursion engine. Play Buzz, return a high-value action, play it again, chosen character picks up another Lore. In an Emerald deck running action density, one Buzz activation can translate into two or three extra Lore points across the turn.
Buzz Lightyear Jungle Ranger Iconic is the higher-value of the two. TCGPlayer listings as of late June 2026 show $3,000-$3,500 for raw copies. PSA 10 graded copies reached $16,000 at auction, per Collectr tracking. The lime green text is an intentional bold choice; without the darker green outline, it'd disappear into the foil background.

Ravensburger hasn't published official pull odds, so community pack-opening data is what we have. The most detailed published sample covers 192 packs from 8 booster boxes. Zero Iconics appeared.
That's consistent with the 1-in-1,500-to-2,000 estimate. To hit even a 10% chance of pulling one Iconic from a 4-box case (96 packs), you'd need odds considerably better than what the data suggests. The Collectr collector app has tracked roughly 1 per case or rarer from aggregated user reports.
For reference, Enchanted cards appeared around once every 2 booster boxes (48 packs) in that same 192-pack data set. Iconic cards are at minimum 30 times rarer.
They're only available in booster packs. The Illumineer's Trove includes 8 booster packs so you can pull Iconics from those, but there's no product that raises the odds or guarantees one.
Don't chase Iconics through packs. At 1 in 1,500 to 2,000 packs, you'd spend several thousand dollars in booster product with no guarantee of which card you'd pull. Just buy the single you want on TCGPlayer.
What you're actually deciding is what you need the card for. For gameplay, the Legendary versions (191/204 for Merida, 91/204 for Buzz) are mechanically identical and cost a small fraction of the Iconic price. Competitive players don't bring $3,000-plus cards to shuffled-deck environments. They run the Legendaries.
For collection purposes, the case is stronger. These are the first Iconic-rarity cards ever printed in Lorcana. They're scarce in a way that's genuinely hard to replicate once demand catches up with supply. Ravensburger collaborated directly with Pixar on the Buzz design, which gives them provenance beyond just being a rare printing variant. Whether the prices keep climbing depends on how many Iconics Ravensburger prints per future set, and whether the rarity becomes a regular part of the product lineup or stays rare.

The Wilds Unknown Enchanted lineup has 18 cards. Top Pixar-themed Enchanted values have risen with demand, with key characters now trading above $700 and some reaching $750-plus. Strong Enchanted cards, but Iconic sits in a different tier by every metric.

What are Iconic cards in Disney Lorcana? Iconic is the highest rarity ever introduced in Lorcana. It sits above Enchanted and features full-art Lore Nouveau artwork with 3D hot-stamped foil, raised texture, and a holographic questing icon visible when you tilt the card. Only two Iconic cards exist in Wilds Unknown.
How rare are Iconic cards in Lorcana Wilds Unknown? Community estimates from large pack-opening samples place Iconic cards at roughly 1 per 1,500 to 2,000 packs. A sample of 192 packs pulled zero Iconics, which is consistent with that range. They are significantly rarer than Enchanted cards, which appear around once per two boxes.
What are the two Iconic cards in Wilds Unknown? Buzz Lightyear - Jungle Ranger (card 241/204) and Merida - Formidable Archer (card 242/204). Both are numbered beyond the base 204-card set, marking them as ultra-rare bonus variants.
Are Iconic cards competitively playable? The Iconic versions share the same abilities as their Legendary counterparts. Buzz Lightyear Jungle Ranger is an Emerald Shift 7 with solid action synergy. Merida Formidable Archer is Steel with a damage combo ability. Both have tournament potential, but players use the Legendary versions at events to protect their Iconics from play wear.
How much do Iconic cards cost? As of late June 2026, Buzz Lightyear Jungle Ranger Iconic is listed in the $3,000-$3,500 range on TCGPlayer, while Merida Formidable Archer Iconic sits in the $1,500-$1,700 range. PSA 10 graded copies have reached $16,000 for Buzz at auction; asking prices for PSA 10 Merida have exceeded $13,000, though a confirmed sale figure was not available at time of writing.
Can you get Iconic cards from gift sets or Illumineer's Trove? Iconic cards are only found in standard booster packs. Products like the Illumineer's Trove and gift sets include booster packs, so you can pull Iconics from those packs. But there is no product that guarantees or increases Iconic pull odds.
How do Iconic cards differ visually from Enchanted cards? Both use the Lore Nouveau full-art style in Wilds Unknown. Iconic cards go further with raised tactile texture, 3D hot-stamped foil accents, a holographic questing star pattern that activates when tilted, and card numbers beyond the base set total.
