The One Piece Regionals 2026 schedule for Season 2 has 37 events on Bandai's official page, spread across North America, Europe, Oceania and Latin America. From October 12, 2026, 21 of them are still ahead. Two rule changes split those 21 into groups that will play different formats: the Mihawk ban that starts on October 12, and OP-18 becoming tournament legal on November 27. This guide lists every date, marks which events fall on which side of those changes, and covers prizes and Finals invites.

TL;DR: Season 2 Regionals run August to December 2026, with 37 events listed by Bandai. From October 12, 21 remain: 8 in North America, 7 in Europe, 2 in Oceania and 4 in Latin America. All 21 are played after the OP14-020 Mihawk ban. The 11 events from November 28 onward also come after OP-18's November 27 tournament-legal date, subject to local release dates. Top 16 at a North American or European Regional earns a Finals Season 2 invite for January 2027.

One Piece Regionals 2026 Schedule: Quick Answer

The remaining Season 2 Regionals start with Monterrey, Mexico on October 24-25, 2026, and end with Monroeville, Pennsylvania and Flemington, Australia on December 19-20, 2026. Bandai lists 37 Season 2 events in total, 16 of which had already taken place by October 12. The full tables below are sorted by region and date.

Key Takeaways

  • Bandai's official page lists 37 Regionals Season 2 events: 14 in North America, 13 in Europe, 4 in Oceania and 6 in Latin America
  • Season 1 ran from March to July 2026 and Season 2 runs from August to December 2026
  • 21 events remain from October 12: the first is Monterrey on October 24-25 and the last two are on December 19-20
  • Every remaining event comes after the October 12 ban of OP14-020 Dracule Mihawk
  • OP-18 releases in English on November 20, 2026 and is tournament legal 7 days later, so events from November 28 onward can use it
  • North America and Europe Finals Season 2 is invite-only and is scheduled for January 2027; Oceania and Latin America Finals do not require an invite

Overview: How the One Piece Regionals 2026 Schedule Works

Regionals are level 1 of Bandai's Championship 26-27 structure. Bandai describes them as "battle events to decide the No.1 player in the region," and the official page lists a period of "August 2026 onwards" for Season 2 with Standard Regulation as the format. Season 1 took place from March to July 2026.

Level 2 is the area Finals at the end of each season. For North America, Europe and Latin America there are two Finals: Season 1 in September 2026 and Season 2 in January 2027. Finals winners move on to level 3, the World Championship 26-27 in Japan. A Season 2 Regional invite only counts for Season 2's Finals, so a Season 1 invite will not carry over.

Each event on the One Piece Regionals 2026 schedule is run by a tournament organizer (Play!TCG, Carta Magica, CoreTCG, PPG Event Management and others), and registration opens on different days per organizer. Bandai's own guideline for December events was September 27, 2026, so most December registrations are already open. Check the organizer link on the official page before you travel.

The "OP-18 legal" column assumes your region's English release on November 20, 2026, as listed on the OP-18 product page.

Oceania has already run Auckland and Brisbane, and Latin America has run Mexico City and Santiago in September. For these regions the OP-18 column says "check local release" because Bandai's rule is 7 days after the release date in your region, and the November 20 date on the English product page may not match every local release.

Analysis: The One Piece Regionals 2026 Schedule and Your Deck

The One Piece Regionals 2026 schedule falls into three blocks, and the right deck depends on which one you are in.

October 24 to November 22 (10 events). No Mihawk, no OP-18. This is the format that starts on October 12. Mihawk was the most-played leader on OPMetagame's tier list on October 8, with 318 decklists, so his removal frees up the largest share of the field. The remaining S-tier group on that snapshot was Red/Black Sabo, Blue Rocks, Purple/Yellow Nico Robin, Black Luffy and Purple Enel. Expect those to be the starting point, though no post-ban Regional has been played yet. Our OP-17 meta tier list tracks how that shifts.

November 28 onward (11 events, depending on local release). No Mihawk, and OP-18 cards are legal. That covers Elx and every December Regional. If you are travelling to one of these, you will be building with a set that has been out for one to four weeks.

Already finished (16 events). These were played with Mihawk legal. Results from August and September tell you little about the November format.

Players feel the change. A Green Mihawk player who is "aiming for Regionals and Finals towards the end of the year" asked r/OnePieceTCG what to switch to, writing that Zoro "might not be strong enough to compete at the highest level in the current meta" (Reddit post). The replies split between Shanks and other Green builds, which is about where the field stands before the first post-ban Regional.

The other thing to note is invites. In North America and Europe, Finals Season 2 needs an invite from a Season 2 Regional. The official prize list gives a Finals invite to Top 16, and Regionals with 800 or more players give 32 invites. Oceania and Latin America Finals are open, so no invite is needed there.

Prizes at Regionals Season 2

Bandai's prize list is the same for every event on the One Piece Regionals 2026 schedule for Season 2, though the page notes that prizing can differ by region.

Top 256 and Top 512 also receive an Event Pack Vol.9 when the event has 512 or 1,024 players or more. The EB04-061 card carries a unique serial number, and Bandai states those cannot be exchanged or replaced.

Side Events

Regionals also run side events that you can sign up for on the day. Bandai lists Treasure Cup tournaments as side events in August, September and December 2026, and Extra Grand Battle (Extra Regulation, where all released cards are legal except a short banned list) from October to November 2026. Some venues also run Prize Wall side events where you earn tickets and swap them for prizes.

Our take

Based on the dates and ban notice above: if you can choose, pick a Regional by format, not by distance. The ten events from October 24 to November 22 are the only ones played without Mihawk and before OP-18, so a deck tuned in late October stays valid for all of them. The December events reward players who can test OP-18 for one to four weeks. In North America and Europe, a Top 16 finish is the line that matters, because that is where the Finals invite sits.

How we checked this

Every date, venue and prize above comes from 4 sources: Bandai's Regionals Season 2 and Championship 26-27 pages, Bandai's OP-18 product page and restriction notice, OPMetagame's tier list for the October 8 snapshot, and r/OnePieceTCG for the player post. Last reviewed: October 8, 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

When are the One Piece Regionals in 2026? Regionals Season 2 runs from August to December 2026, with 37 events listed by Bandai across North America, Europe, Oceania and Latin America. From October 12, 21 are still to come, starting with Monterrey on October 24-25 and ending with Monroeville and Flemington on December 19-20.

Which One Piece Regionals in 2026 will allow OP-18? OP-18 releases in English on November 20, 2026, and Bandai says its cards are tournament legal 7 days after release in your region, so November 27. Events on November 28 or later, such as Elx in Spain and every December Regional, fall after that date. November 21-22 events do not.

Is Mihawk banned at the remaining Regionals? Yes. OP14-020 Dracule Mihawk becomes a banned card on October 12, 2026, so every Regional from Monterrey onward is played without him. Mihawk was the most-played leader on OPMetagame's tier list on October 8, 2026, with 318 decklists, so his absence changes the field at every remaining event.

What do you win at One Piece Regionals Season 2? Every player gets two Regional Participation Pack 2026 Vol.2, one Event Pack Vol.9 and six booster packs. Top 64 adds an OP15-108 Nami promo, Top 16 an OP15-109 Nico Robin, and Top 8 an OP15-119 Monkey.D.Luffy plus a serial-numbered EB04-061 Luffy. The champion takes a playmat and card set.

How do Regionals lead to the One Piece World Championship? Regionals are level 1. In North America and Europe, a Season 2 Regional Top 16 earns an invite to Finals Season 2 in January 2027, and events with 800 or more players give 32 invites. Finals winners advance to the World Championship 26-27 in Japan, which is level 3 of the structure.
