One Piece DP-13 Double Pack: Price and Is It Worth It

Bandai prices it at $11.99. TCGplayer sellers want $69.87. History says the second number is the one that moves.

7 min readBy Mika Santos

Our callSkip the $69.87 TCGplayer listing. Miniature Market takes DP-13 pre-orders at $29.99, under our $35 buy line; ToyWiz asks $44.99 and ships in January. Pay $29.99 or less, or wait for launch week.

You want a DP-13 Double Pack and every pre-order page shows a different number. Bandai lists it at $11.99 for two OP-18 boosters and a DON!! card, on sale November 20, 2026. TCGplayer's market price is $69.87 on the November 7 file, 5.8 times that. On November 8, Miniature Market listed a pre-order at $29.99 and ToyWiz at $44.99 with "ships January". We wouldn't pay the TCGplayer number: the two double packs we can trace lost about half their market price within two weeks of release.

DP-13 Double Pack: what's in the box and when it ships

What Bandai lists for DP-13
Release dateNovember 20, 2026
MSRPUSD $11.99
Contents2 OP-18 booster packs, 1 DON!! card (2 types)
PackagingDoubles as a card case

The OP-18 booster lists at $4.99 a pack, so two packs cost $9.98 and the DON!! card plus the case cost $2.01 at list, a 20% markup. TCGplayer files DP-13 as a presale with the same November 20 ship date, and the cards are tournament legal 7 days later, November 27. Our October to November release schedule has the rest of the dates.

Bandai's product page shows the box and both DON!! designs as sample images, and says the final illustration may differ. One design is a burst of cracked stone around a fist. The other is a forest scene with a goggled cap and a wolf silhouette. Both read "Your Turn +1000", and the box carries a "4th Anniversary" mark that matches the OP-18 page's line about special anniversary designs.

Why TCGplayer shows $69.87 for DP-13

ProductBandai list priceTCGplayer market, Nov 7Lowest listing
DP-13 Double Pack$11.99$69.87$69.49
OP-18 booster pack$4.99$24.47$23.89
OP-18 booster boxnot checked$236.73$231.92
DP-13 displaynot checkedno market price$495.90

All four products are presale. DP-13's market price has stayed within 12 cents of $69.9 in every file since September 11 ($69.99, $69.91, $69.87, $69.87, $69.87). Over the same stretch the OP-18 box went from $399.65 to $236.73, down 41%, and it lost 23% between the November 4 and November 7 files alone. A listing that holds flat while its own box falls 41% reads like a stale asking price.

Our price source is TCGplayer through TCGCSV, built on November 7 at 20:05 UTC. Our Black Friday box price check tracked 18 older boxes through 2024 and 2025 and reaches a similar conclusion about the OP-18 box.

Double packMarket price before releaseRelease weekLater
DP-12 (OP-17), released Aug 28, 2026$72.20 on Aug 14 (14 days before release)$55.90 on Aug 27, $35.02 on Sep 11 (-51.5%)$43.61 on Nov 7
DP-06 (OP-09), released Dec 13, 2024$39.67 on Nov 8 and Nov 22, 2024$18.27 on Dec 20, 2024 (-53.9%)$97.71 in the Nov 4, 2026 file

Two launches is a small sample. We have no price files for the weeks before DP-11 (June 12, 2026), so it isn't in the table. What the two do show: the market price fell by about half within 14 days of release in both cases, and the low was well under the pre-release price. Prices recovered afterwards: DP-12 is up 24.5% from its September 11 low, and a DP-06 with a market price of $18.27 a week after launch has a market price of $97.71 two years on.

Retailer pre-orders for DP-13, read November 8

RetailerDP-13 pre-order priceWhat the page says
Miniature Market$29.99In stock, estimated release November 2026
ToyWiz$44.99"Pre-Order ships January", 11 in stock
TCGplayer market$69.87Presale, estimated shipping 11/20/2026

The two shops price it at 2.5 and 3.8 times Bandai's $11.99, still far under TCGplayer. We don't know whether Miniature Market will ship on November 20 or whether its stock holds, and ToyWiz's January ship date means a DP-13 bought there misses launch week. Prices were read on November 8 and shop prices change without notice.

DP-13 Double Pack vs the last five: what the market pays for a sealed two-pack

Double packTCGplayer market, Nov 7Two loose packsSealed vs two packs
DP-8 (Legacy of the Master)$38.89$17.182.26x
DP-9 (The Azure Sea's Seven)$35.83$15.902.25x
DP-10 (Adventure on Kami's Island)$37.06$15.302.42x
DP-11 (The Time of Battle)$30.57$14.202.15x
DP-12 (The World's Strongest Warriors)$43.61$17.322.52x
DP-13 (The Dominance of God), presale$69.87$48.941.43x

Five sealed double packs sit at 2.15 to 2.52 times the price of their two loose packs. DP-13 is at 1.43 only because its loose packs are still carrying presale prices too: $24.47 each against a $4.99 list. Against Bandai's $11.99 list price, DP-12 at $43.61 is 3.6 times MSRP and DP-11 at $30.57 is 2.6 times. The cheapest of the five, DP-11, sells for $30.57 on TCGplayer, so on the secondary market a sealed double pack is a collector item.

The DON!! card doesn't explain the premium

The DP-12 DON!! cards are the closest read on what a DP-13 DON!! card might be worth. On November 7 the Shanks version was $1.61 and the Rocks D. Xebec version $4.51, an average of $3.06. Add two loose OP-17 packs at $8.66 each and the contents come to about $20.38, against $43.61 for the sealed box. The $23.23 gap is what buyers pay for the box itself, and we can't split it between the card case and scarcity: Bandai's page gives no print run. No DP-13 DON!! card is listed on TCGplayer yet.

Our call on DP-13

If you want OP-18 to play, don't think about DP-13 at all. Buy packs at $4.99; the double pack's only extra is a DON!! card and a case for $2.01. If you want it sealed, don't pay $69.87 on a presale listing. Our buy line is $35, which is where DP-12 bottomed in our files (DP-11 now sits at $30.57). Miniature Market's $29.99 is under it, so if the shop ships on time we'd pre-order one there. ToyWiz at $44.99 is above the line and ships after launch, so we'd skip it. Otherwise wait for launch week and buy at $35 or less.

What would change our mind: DP-13 still above $60 on November 27 with the OP-18 box already down to its floor. That would break the pattern of the last two launches, and we'd say so, but it wouldn't change the $29.99 pre-order, which doesn't depend on TCGplayer. For the cards that will drive OP-18 prices, see what trackers have reported so far in our OP-18 chase card report; dates, pack price and legality for the set are in the OP-18 pre-order guide.

Checked November 8, 2026: Bandai's DP-13, OP-18, DP-12 and OP-09 pages; Miniature Market and ToyWiz DP-13 pre-order pages; TCGplayer prices from the TCGCSV November 7 build and its daily archive.
